When creating documents like product brochures, operation manuals or assembly manuals, drawing views are often screen-captured and pasted in page layout software like MS Word.
When the pasted image is scaled, it loses quality since it is a raster.
Instead, directly copy the drawing view and paste it in MS Word. When scaled, there is no loss of quality since this is a vector image.
