When mold wall thickness is too less or the wall is elongated, stresses are developed, reducing mold life.
Ribs and bosses which are too close to each other can result in thin mold walls.
To rectify such imported geometries in Solid Edge, switch to Synchronous mode.
Apply an angle dimension to the boss. This angle can now be modified to adjust the spacing as if it was a native feature.
