In solid Edge Draft, you can update a selected view by right-clicking on the view and selecting the command form the context menu.
This helps saving time by not having to update all views on all sheets using the regular Update Views command on the ribbon bar.
This however has two shortcomings:
1. The command is not available from the ribbon bar so keyboard shortcut cannot be assigned.
2. More than one view cannot be updated at once.
The UpdateSelectedViews macro overcomes these limitations and allows user to pick multiple views before updating them at once.
